Sparbo is one of Norway's most profiled lieder-singers and he has had more than 150 recitals, including the following repertoare:

CHAMBER MUSIC / ENSEMBLES:

Sparbo has been member of various ensembles, Oslo Bachensemble, the vocal quartet Quattro Stagioni (1987-95) and the baroqueensemble DellaStrada. As a soloist he has had concerts with ensembles like CIKADA, BIT 20, Vertavo quartet, with concerts in Norway, Denemark, Sweden, Finland, Island, Germany, England, France, Spain and Italiy.

Through his career Sparbo has been active in early music and baroque ensembles, and he often performs songs with the lute player Vegard Lund. He has worked with Andrew Parrott, Laurence Cummings, Shalev ad El, Rolf Lislevand a.o. as well as the following ensembles:
